Shipping Policy

At Porphose, we strive to get your order to you quickly and efficiently, but once it leaves our facility, it is entirely your responsibility. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed as fast as possible—usually within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping estimates provided at checkout are just estimates and are not guarantees.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or any unforeseen issues affecting transit times.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, that is between you and the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier issues.
  • International orders:
    • You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
    • If your package is held at customs or refused, we will not issue refunds for shipping costs.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • You must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-shipment.
  • If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, we are not responsible—you must take it up with the carrier.

Damaged Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier for a claim.
  • We do not refund or replace items damaged during transit.

International Shipping Disclaimer

  • We ship internationally, but we do not guarantee delivery times due to potential customs delays.
  • Once it leaves our hands, it's on you.
